In collaboration with the Netherlands Bioinformatics Centre and TNO, quality of life, a study capturing framework was developed. This study capturing framework allows for easy upload and retrieval of your study information, in such a way that querying your data over studies is possible. The framework is generic and can be linked to modules for different types of assay data, such as metabolomics, transcriptomics and clinical assays.
If you are a member or collaborator of the NMC, you can obtain access to the studies database by clicking on the studies icon on the left.
