Demonstration & Competence Lab
In the Demonstration & Competence Lab (DCL) we offer a high quality and tailor-made metabolomics-based biomarker discovery services, both for NMC consortium partners and for companies, clinics and research groups worldwide. DCL is a highly structured environment that employs thoroughly validated state-of-the-art platforms for measuring metabolites in various bio-fluids in order to identify biomarkers for disease and health.
Data Support Platform
The Data Support Platform has been set up to support storage of experimental metabolomics data, and their processing. This bioinformatics support platform will provide a means for communication between the partners of the NMC for the exchange of data, software, and tools.
Sino Dutch Centre for Personalised and Preventive Medicine
The Sino-Dutch Centre for Preventive and Personalized Medicine (SD PPM) is a joint initiative of NGI/NMC and the Chinese Academy of Sciences/Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics. The mission of SDPPM is to enhance personal health by improving diagnosis, based on the integration of Western and Chinese Medicine concepts.
